Supreme Bakers and Upper Crust Premium Restaurant was launched in the same building at Vyttila in Kochi on this day. Supreme Bakers was launched with the ‘Share Freshness’ campaign and Upper Crust was positioned as serving
the ‘World’s Finest Cuisines’.

With this Kochi launch, Upper Crust becomes a premium restaurant chain in Kerala. The first Upper Crust was launched in Trivandrum in 2016. It was the first premium restaurant to be successful in a local street. The brand started off as a French Café and Patisserie and has now moved into World Cuisine, at Kochi.
